I noticed that the "Help" link on build cost penalty as a result of insufficient command centers is not currently functional and instead leads to an old decommissioned Exorace page, exorace.com/wiki/en/Game:_Quick_Help#Maximum_number_of_owned_planets_.28Build_cost_penalty.29
In the interest of bringing this, and any others like it, to light I am compiling a list of them here. Please contribute any that you find as well. I'm sure the new Dev team is aware of many of them and doing what they can already but hopefully this can be of some small assistance.
